I'm here to say that your uniform (and closing the classroom door promptly at the start of class) sets the tone for a productive classroom experience!

The uniform also fails to address what people really want these days in a coffee shop, which is cozy vibes and couches and creativity that feels a bit personal. That's why people have been gravitating towards local shops. People don't want dweeby uniforms that are remiscent of a McDonald's employee. If they want to change the culture, doubling down on the uniform in a rigid way makes no sense. Starbucks is always my last resort and its because of its chain like feeling, which could feel unavoidable to starbucks at this point, but if employees weren't all wearing an old school uniform, the individual experience of shops could shine more, which is what I had thought they had been trying to get back to, days when people thought they were cool.
